NEW HAVEN – Believe in Me Empowerment Corporation, which provides programming for youths, will hold a fundraiser beginning at 8 p.m. June 28 at Kelly’s Gastro Pub, 196 Crown St., according to a release.
“The services provided by Believe in Me are vital for many members of the community, but we cannot do our work alone,” organizers said in the release. “Please join us at our 2nd annual fundraiser, we are relying on the generosity of those people who recognize that contributing to the strength of a community is not mere charity, but a long-term, worth-while investment in the future.”
