The Believe in Me Empowerment Corporation (BIMEC) ls accepting sealed proposals for professional services for a PROJECT MANAGER to oversee and manage the construction process for 12 Single Room Occupancy Units at 53 Shelton Ave New Haven, CT.
Those interested in providing these Services, as set forth in the RFQ/P’s specifications, are Invited to submit their Proposals to Believe in Me Empowerment Corporation via email to: James Walker, CEO until 3:00pm on October 23, 2024.

Proposals submitted after this time will not be accepted.

Each proposer must Identify in the subject line of email PROJECT MANAGER BIMEC 12 Single Room Occupancy Units and Include the proposer’s company name and address.

Any questions regarding this bid should be emailed to James Walker, CEO by October 23, 2024, 3:00 pm. The successful Proposer is required to comply with all provisions of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Equal Opportunity Act of 1972, Executive Orders #3, No.17, 11246, 11375 and 11478.
